If you haven’t started your journaling habit yet, now is a great time to start. Writing down our thoughts and our goals has a host of benefits that impact our ability to make healthy decisions and to make the choices that move us closer to where we want to be.
Some people feel silly, at first, when they start to journal. If you feel that kind of icky sauce bubbling within you, I want you to know that of all of the amazing people I’ve met in my life – from those who have triumphed over great personal adversity to those who have levels of creativity and insights that make me see the world in a new way – they all had a journaling habit.
